Our Approach
Why This Team Wins
Regulatory Depth
Obtaining a 2,000 tons/day permit in a major metropolitan market is a multi-year process requiring established relationships with city agencies, environmental boards, and community stakeholders. GTX has navigated this process successfully and understands the critical path.
Rail Network Access
CRS has pre-established relationships with rail carriers serving each target market. Rail access is not a commodity — it requires negotiated agreements, siding access, and operational coordination that takes years to develop.
Proven Development Process
PDG's three-phase development framework — Permitting, Construction, Operations — has been refined to produce a bankable permitted asset that supports the $10MM construction loan, reducing investor risk and accelerating the path to cash flow.
Repeatable Portfolio Model
The same team, the same process, and the same financial model is applied across all 8–10 target locations. Each station de-risks the next. Investors who participate early gain preferential access to subsequent stations.
